It’s essential to exercise caution when engaging in the hot sauna and cold plunge experience. Notably, this regimen may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with a history of high blood pressure, for instance, should avoid it due to the potential shock to their system caused by the extreme temperature change. Pregnant women should also approach it with care. Experts advise taking only brief plunges into the cold water, as prolonged exposure can deplete the body’s heat and have adverse effects. As with any health-related activity, it’s advisable to consult a physician, especially if there are underlying health concerns.

SAUNA USAGE AND REGULATIONS


  • The use of the sauna entails inherent risks and is at the user’s discretion.
  • Only water is permitted; no food or other beverages are allowed.
  • Swimsuits are mandatory during sauna sessions.
  • Please refrain from adjusting the sauna thermostat to avoid expulsion from Core iV.
  • If you wish to alter the sauna temperature, please seek assistance from a staff member instead of touching the controller.
  • Sleeping in the sauna is strictly prohibited due to the potential dangers of overexertion.
  • Individuals feeling unwell are not permitted to use the sauna.
  • Pregnant women must consult their physicians before using the sauna.
  • Our services are not available to individuals under the influence of alcohol or other impairing substances. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy.

COLD PLUNGE USAGE AND REGULATIONS


  • The cold plunge is utilized at the individual’s own risk.
  • Elderly individuals and those with a history of heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult their physician before using the cold plunge.
  • No lifeguard is on duty.
  • Individuals with communicable waterborne diseases are prohibited from using the cold plunge.
  • Swimsuits are mandatory for plunge sessions.
  • Users should limit their time in the plunge to no more than 5 minutes per session.
  • Children under 15 years old are not permitted to use the plunge.
  • Prior to usage, users must shower.
  • Pregnant women should seek medical advice before using the cold plunge.
  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances are strictly prohibited from using any of our services. • The cold plunge is limited to one person at a time.
