What Is a Vi Peel™®?
Vi Peel™ is a medical-grade, medium-depth chemical peel developed by the Vitality Institute. Unlike peels built around a single acid, Vi Peel™ blends trichloroacetic acid (TCA), retinoic acid, salicylic acid, vitamin C, and phenol into one formula — targeting multiple skin concerns in a single treatment while remaining comfortable and well-tolerated.
How Vi Peel™ Works
- The peel solution is applied to clean, prepped skin in-office
- Active ingredients penetrate the outer skin layers to trigger controlled exfoliation
- Visible peeling typically begins around day 3 and continues for several days
- New cell turnover and collagen production are stimulated underneath
- Smoother, brighter, more even-toned skin emerges as peeling completes, usually within 7–10 days
Vi Peel™ pairs especially well with other treatments in our aesthetic services line — including Venus Viva, IPL, and Laser Hair Removal — as part of a broader skincare plan.

FAQs
What is a Vi Peel™?
Vi Peel™® is a medical-grade chemical peel that blends TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, vitamin C, and phenol to improve tone, texture, hyperpigmentation, and acne scarring in one treatment.
What does Vi Peel™ treat?
Vi Peel™ is commonly used for hyperpigmentation, sun damage, melasma, acne and acne scarring, fine lines, and uneven skin texture.
How many sessions do I need?
Many clients see visible improvement after a single peel. For melasma, acne scarring, or more significant concerns, a series spaced 4–6 weeks apart is often recommended.
Does Vi Peel™ hurt?
Most clients feel mild warmth or tingling during application. Phenol in the formula acts as a natural numbing agent, so the treatment is generally well-tolerated.
Is there downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You can return to normal activities right away, though visible peeling usually begins around day 3 and continues for several days. Avoid strenuous exercise, sun exposure, and hot tubs or saunas for 72–96 hours after treatment.
Is Vi Peel™ safe for all skin tones?
Yes. Vi Peel™ is formulated for all Fitzpatrick skin types, including darker skin tones that carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation with some other peels. A consultation helps confirm the right formulation for your skin.
