Meet the Team
Ginger Delph – Founder & Longevity Strategist
Core IV Therapy
For Ginger Delph, Core iV was never simply a business. It grew from her own lifelong search for answers and a passion for helping people better understand their bodies and become active participants in their health.
Ginger’s health journey began at just 13 years old, when she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She underwent two surgeries and two rounds of radiation. Although the cancer was treated, she spent the next two decades struggling to feel well and was never able to properly regulate her thyroid with conventional medication.
By her mid-twenties, Ginger was incredibly ill, both physically and mentally. She experienced severe fatigue, arthritis and fibromyalgia-like pain, excessive hair loss, and significant psychological symptoms that at times resembled bipolar and borderline personality disorders. She had no idea these seemingly unrelated symptoms could be connected.
Her experience with mental health affected her so deeply that she returned to school to understand it, ultimately earning a degree in psychology.
The turning point came when Ginger began learning about the thyroid’s enormous role throughout the body. She found a naturopathic practitioner, transitioned to natural thyroid hormone support, and began addressing nutritional deficiencies. Within approximately three weeks, the change was so profound that it altered the trajectory of her life.
It also left her with one question: What else don’t I know about how the body works?
That question became a mission.
For more than a decade, Ginger has immersed herself in the study of integrative health, longevity, biohacking, and restorative therapies. Her education has taken her to conferences, medical symposiums, professional trainings, and advanced courses, where she has learned from physicians, researchers, practitioners, and leading educators in the integrative and oxidative medicine communities.
She has developed a particular passion for oxidative therapies, including ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and high-dose Vitamin C, while extensively studying IV nutrient therapy, mitochondrial health, peptides, metabolic health, red light therapy, and other emerging wellness technologies.
But she never wanted to simply know what a therapy was supposed to do. She wanted to understand why it works, how the body uses it, when it makes sense, and how different therapies can work together.
That philosophy became the foundation of Core iV.
Ginger believes health is rarely about one symptom, one deficiency, or one treatment. Oxygenation, hydration, nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, environment, genetics, and lifestyle can all influence how the body functions, and every person’s situation is different.
That’s why one of her greatest missions is teaching people to become their own health advocates.
There are a million variables in every person’s story. Practitioners can educate, physicians can diagnose and treat, and testing can provide valuable information, but you are the only person who lives inside your body. You are the expert on you.
With that knowledge also comes responsibility. Improving health often requires making difficult changes, asking better questions, and consistently doing the things that support the body. Ginger believes knowledge gives people that power.
Her mission with Core iV is not simply to provide innovative therapies. It’s to educate people about their bodies, help them understand their options, and empower them to recognize how much influence they can have over the trajectory of their own health and lives.
You are not just a passenger in your healthcare. You are an active participant in it.
