IV Therapy for Bethesda & Montgomery County, Maryland
Core IV Therapy is a Virginia clinic at 108 Elden Street, Suite 15A in Herndon, and we see clients who travel across the river from Bethesda, North Bethesda, Rockville and Potomac — typically via the American Legion Bridge and the Dulles Toll Road.
All services are provided at our Herndon clinic. Maryland clients come to us for IV vitamin therapy far more than for anything else, so that is what this page covers.
IV Vitamin Therapy & Hydration
Our drip menu covers hydration, vitamin and mineral infusions, immune support and antioxidant formulations. If you are making the trip from Maryland it is worth booking something substantial rather than a quick top-up, and we are happy to talk through what suits before you drive over.
NAD+, Niagen & Glutathione
The single-ingredient infusions Maryland clients most often ask about. NAD+ supports cellular energy and mental clarity and is infused slowly for comfort; Niagen NR is a related option; glutathione is our most requested antioxidant push.
Making the Trip Worthwhile
Because Bethesda clients are travelling further than most, many combine services in one visit — an infusion alongside red light therapy, a session in the mild hyperbaric chamber, or time in the contrast therapy room. Tell us when you book and we will schedule the sequence sensibly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a Maryland location?
No. Core IV Therapy operates a single clinic in Herndon, Virginia, at 108 Elden Street, Suite 15A. Maryland clients travel to us, most often across the American Legion Bridge and out along the Dulles Toll Road. Parking at the clinic is free.
Is it worth the drive from Bethesda?
That depends on what you are after. For a single vitamin shot, probably not. For an NAD+ infusion, an ozone protocol, or a combination of services in one visit, most of our Maryland clients think so. We would rather you decide honestly than book and regret the traffic.
Can I combine several services in one visit?
Yes, and we would encourage it if you are travelling. Mention it when booking so we can allow enough time and put the services in a sensible order.
How long should I allow?
A standard drip is 30 to 60 minutes. NAD+ runs longer because it is infused slowly. If you are combining treatments, allow a couple of hours and we will confirm the exact timing when you book.
